Dressing up like Clark Lent

So my girlfriend and I are huge fans of the show. We have a local feast coming up where people dress up as anything they like sorta like Halloween or carnival. I’m dressing up as Clark Lent and she’s dressing up as Lois Lane.

Unfortunately we are on a budget and I don’t know what to buy in terms of shirt, jeans, jacket or shoes. Could someone help me with some options of what to buy in terms of being a bit specific. I’m not looking for an exact replica just an estimation. I’ll let you know how it goes!

31 (Male) looking for safe but effective skin care products

Hello everyone, I’m trying to take better care of myself, I lost some weight from 101kg to 84 KG. Now I’m growing my hair out longer, I’m checking yearly for any signs of hair loss, so far there aren’t any! I’m also going to start eating more healthy and going to the gym. However wherever skin is concerned I’m totally clueless. With my skin, what can be improved? What products would help with my skin in a very efficient way where I see results but also a healthy way?
