I am a current API at my store. I got asked if I wanted to promote up to a AP TL.. honestly I love what I do currently and I’m not sure if the promotion is worth it for not even .50 cent raise. My coach did say they pay me more currently than any AP TL in the district because of my degree and also years of experience in AP/ LP. He said I would be clearing 21$ an hour I’m currently at 20$ an hour. I could use some advice on if it’s worth promoting long term or if it would be a headache for me.
