Skip NBME 9?

I have a bit less than 4 weeks until my exam (June 17th); so far I've taken 2 full length NBMEs. My scores aren't the highest right now (63% correct on last NBME), so i'm wondering if it is the best use of my time to take NBME 9 since by seemingly all accounts it is the least representative of the NBMEs? Or despite how difficult it is, is there still value in doing it? Instead, I'm considering spending the time to review the other NBMEs, shelves, and anki (especially the Divine anki, which I think is already made based off of NBMEs anyways). Any thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Residency in Austria after medical school in Poland?

As I'm sure many already know, there is a problem with not doing Stasz in Poland and then trying to start residency training in Germany. I'm wondering if the same dilemma exists in Austria? For example, is it possible to graduate from a polish medical school and then start residency in Austria (from my understanding, they have a 9 month internship program) without doing Stasz? Or do you need to do stasz to start working in Austria? Similarly, is there any work around to this (e.g. in Germany sometimes you can do supervised training to get your equivalency).

In general, I'm interested in working in a German country but don't want to do Stasz in Poland.

Can spouse apply for a student visa?

My wife is from one of the countries that has been banned. We are currently in the process of applying for her marriage visa. Since they are not processing them now, I'm wondering if she could apply for a student visa? She has a strong academic record and could get accepted to a PhD or masters program. Similarly, if she can technically apply for one, are they likely to deny it since they will see that we are married and she is also applying for a spousal visa?
