We just moved into a new house and the lawn is destroyed by the previous tenants dog. I am wanting to grow grass (preferably on a budget) but not sure where to start. Also, I live in Utah and we’re in a drought so it would be great to use as little water as possible. I have no landscaping experience so not even sure if this is possible haha. Any advice is appreciated:)
