My son is about to turn 16yr so i want to apply for dsp for him, his cognitive report full scale IQ is 70 previous reports he was under 70 but reading centerlink dsp info its saying u need to be under 70 so im confused, 70 is right on the threshold of having a diagnosis of learning disability and getting into special needs school so why does its say uou need to be under 70. Does he qualify or will he need to meet the 20 point impairment table?
