Do not eat this if you have a tree nut allergy! My daughter is allergic to cashews and pistachios. She prepared this boxed protein, vegan mac & cheese, and had an allergic reaction so severe that she used her EpiPen for the first time. The maker of this mac & cheese did not prominently display that cashews were in the mix. It is literally on the back of the box in tiny writing.
