• Got Mono in November
• Had all symptoms except for sore throat and fever
• Got 75% better after 4 months

But… some symptoms lingered… fatigue, brain fog, headaches, migraines etc

THEN… this past week… I felt like a truck hit me. Swollen lymph nodes, migraine, HORRIBLE body aches, body chills, brain fog, DIZZINESS, etc.

Did I catch a bug or is this a flare up? Not gonna lie, I have never felt this bad even when I did have mono. I feel like I have no appetite, super tired, can barely get out of bed. My neck feels very swollen.

Help please.

Been dealing with mono for the past couple months and from there, the migraines worsen for me.

Ben recommended to get on Topamax but also have seen really scary reviews on here. It does not make me want to go on it. I also don’t like the fact that it makes soda taste odd, and you are not allowed to drink on it.

Tips, recommendations and anything that has worked for you to get rid of these. It feels like there are rubber bands wrapped around my head with lots of pressure.
