Are you satisfied with the pay?
There are may benefits of working for the civil service in spite of the usually lower pay.
Flexitime
Job stability
Hybrid working
Pension
Opportunity to work in meaningful areas
Personally, these benefits are more than enough to satisfy me. But I'm wondering if the general consensus agrees. Do you think that it is worth the pay difference?
