Grams per capsule?
First off, thank you to all who have shared their journey here. Knowing there are others who have gone or are going through this very same thing is helpful beyond measure.
My question to everyone is how many grams are in each capsule? I have only used the powder in capsule form and at my peak I was taking around 40 caps per day. I have been tapering for the past 3 weeks and am down to no more then 10 caps each day. I've heard anywhere from a half gram to a full gram per capsule and that it can vary from brand to brand, but I'd like to know so I can track my progress in grams per day as well as caps.
I know I'm one of the lucky ones who has never done an extract or 7o. The stories I've read about the withdrawals on 7o sounds brutal. Through my taper the worst thing for me is this intense jittery feeling everytime I lay down. I get little sleep each night. Its a feeling like I need to get up and run a marathon. I have been tanking up on lipo vit C, and DLPA and they help a little. I can only imagine how bad CT would be.
Anyway, I truly appreciate you all and thanks in advance for any helpful info on total grams per cap.
