I made a post on my first day of water fasting, now I’m here to check in 8/9 days later. Fast is going pretty good. I’m slowing down my workouts to save on fatigue. I have had some symptoms of dizziness and such towards the end of the day but that’s a result of some stimulant meds I’m on plus coffee. Besides that I’m holding strong. I try not pay attention in the mirror cause I tend to bloat during fasting until the final days. It’s hard to keep up with my electrolytes (sodium and potassium) but I’ve been adding lite salt to my water throughout the day when I can. I’ll check back in, in a week.
