Does anyone know how to get rid of these tiny bugs?

I noticed a lot of these tiny bugs on the kitchen windowsill. I increased the photo resolution a lot because they are extremely small — about the size of a chia seed and almost impossible to see clearly. They move very slowly. Does anyone know what they might be and how to get rid of them?
