Hey there im new to mods in games. Any ideas why these two mods are having texture issues?

So far the texture issues seems to be with the allied assault rifle and dripfield uc apparel overhaul as shown in the pictures.

Okay so ive only done the negotiation quest once before as i usually do the civil war before the main quest and usually for the imperials. Now this run i couldnt pick who to support from a rp perspective as a Redguard with no major ties to Hammerfell but does have some disdain for the empire for abandoning them. Sorry that was all narrative. My main question is how the heck does Tulius get mad over me giving him Riften over DAWNSTAR. Unless theres some outside lore im missing Dawnstar feels and looks like a hovel. Riften has the fishery, the docks, and Maven becomes Jarl. He said ive been clearly favoring Ulfric..

The only other thing i can think of is i did kick the thalmor chick out cause i mean...yeah shes thalmor....
