Hello Guys ,
I just need a detailed advice on investing as it’s my first time so little scared and thinking twice before doing anything . I have approx 75k as rsu from my company and would like to invest at least 50% of my money in other areas like ETF/bonds/stocks to get maximum ROI. This is my first time so I am looking for some long term investment ideas. I have one mortgage for my home only and miniature personal loan from Revolut. Revolt mortgage will be completed in 2028.

Hello Folks,
My landlord is sitting on my security deposit from last 1 month and I started asking them to return the deposit back but they are not replying anything to me.
It’s over a month now and I am exploring some legal options to get my money back by pursuing RTB.
Does anyone faces similar issues for not getting the security deposit and how’s your experiences with RTB.
