My contract does not specify the details of the relationship between the seller and her relocation company, which determines the company’s ability to sell the house. My question is unanswerable here, but if anyone has similar stories or experiences we can commiserate.

I am under contract for a property. The seller is moving through relocation for her job. I got a call that the seller is talking about quitting her job and not moving forward with the relocation. What happens now? Can she just take her house back from the relocation company?
