Hi guys, so I ordered and got my Razr fold fifa world cup edition from Sweden with the operator3 (obsessed with it already) however: sharing this warning ⚠️ I have *not* got my WC ticket...
Basically when you order the phone it says you'll get an email with the unique code and on motorola's website it says the ticket can be redeemed with the IME/unique code. We never got an email from Motorola and when the box arrived - the IME was on the outside so I believe someone claimed it already as when I tried entering the code on Motorola's page - it says it's already been claimed.
I have been on the phone with 3 today who have basically told us to contact Motorola. I called them directly this morning and spoke to one of their employees after waiting ages to be connected. The doggy thing is that the employee claims 3 are the ones who should help us as they are running the campaign to which I told him - no, the campaign is with Motorola and literally on your home page.
At this point, I'm not sure if I'll get the ticket. I am posting this to ask if anyone has *actually* received it after ordering the phone??
PS: phone was supposed to come late May but was really happy when I got a text from Postnord on Sunday that it already arrived!
