Hi folks,

Has anyone ever transferred from private rental HAP in one county to another private rental HAP in a different county? Do you need to start the whole HAP process from the beginning or can it be transferred? Im years on the social housing list here in Galway, would I need to start from scratch with this, would I lose the past 10 years on the list? Wondering if its worth while, I could be another 10 years waiting for a house in Dublin, is my worry....any advice greatly appreciated 🙏
