When I started I was getting rescued a lot. I think it was a combination of bad routes and organization. Mainly because I was taking too long to organize. Now I just dump the totes out on the floor put boxes on the left, everything else on the right.

The first couple stops of the tote might take longer to find the right package but after the tote dwindles down it’s super quick.

Edit: I do organize overflow obviously.
