Prof gave me the wrong grade
so I recently got my grade back for my Polisci (1101) final, in Brightspace it says that I got a 0/50 (it was a two essay exam) but when I open the rubric it says that I got 14/16, and I KNOW I didn't fail that exam. As a result in uozone it shows that I failed the class but it shows up as EIN (failed/incomplete), so I'm just confused regarding what happened? if it says EIN maybe there was a problem identifying my exam and they couldn't find it or something but the graded rubric gave me feedback and everything so maybe it was just a mistake? I emailed my prof last Friday, hasn't answered back (probably cuz of long weekend) so maybe he'll answer today or tomorrow but if he doesn't then I wouldn't know how to proceed. Has this happened to anyone?
