Shakedown request- PNW and couples cooking Q

Location/temp range/specific trip description:

PNW/Nor Cal spring and summer. Temps 40° to 65°F. Expecting rain. Specifically doing a 2.5 day trip on Hoh River Trail in the Olympic Peninsula, 40 mi, 6000ft gain/loss. Also prepping for bigger trips in the Enchantments and full Wonderland Trail (7 days, 100mi, a kajllion feet elevation +/-)

Goal Baseweight (BPW):
Below 10 would be cool.

Budget:
Not sure. Would DIY first, buy used

Non-negotiable Items:
Complete tent w/ groundsheet, ie: will not leave inner at home. I warrantied the regular yellow Nemo Tensor and they sent the silver all-season. Not willing to buy a less warm/lighter pad right now. Must have a pillow.

Solo or with another person?:
Couple

Additional Information:
I carry the tent and water filter (We used to both bring them). Gf carries cook kit, more substantial first aid kit, aquamera as backup. Considering bringing my own full cook kit. Trying to avoid bringing a phone battery on short trips. Thinking of bringing a PB jar for protein powder and powdered milk. Maybe weight is offset by better nutrition and leaving things uneaten because they’re inconvenient to deal with.

Been getting incrementally lighter over the last few years, usually around 14 lbs. Did an overnighter last week and hit 11.5 lbs for the first time, mostly by bringing less clothing. I have plenty of clothes to choose from depending on weathe- wind jacket, 2L and 3L rain jackets, down hood, fleece, etc. Does anyone bring wind jacket/pants and rain jacket/pants?

The quilt isn’t great, 24oz (mfg claimed 21oz), and has features that add weight. Not sure if I sleep cold or the quilt is just not very good. It was very cheap and keeps me alive. Considering a MYOG summer quilt.

Gf prefers three square meals a day, we would share and take turns eating from the same pot. I think this led to me under eating so I’m going to try bringing my own cook kit and more food. I added a bottom snack pocket to my pack so hopefully I’ll stop ending trips with uneaten snacks.

What are other couples doing for food? For this upcoming trip I’m bringing an alcohol stove, likely the only time I can use it this year before burn bans are in place. So part of it is novelty. Long live the Fancy Feast! For future summer trips I would only bring my own pot and share the stove. Or I go back to sharing because that’s UL
