Currently separated from covert narc wife. We have two children that I’m certain will not remember to get a Mother’s Day gift. Unsure if I should remind children and pay for gift on their behalf. She will certainly know I bought it. I’m thinking this could send a signal to her that I’m trying to maintain some form of civility. I think this could yield benefits to me as we are currently negotiating property settlement. The gift will feed her ego. At the same time I don’t really give a f**k about her after years of psychological abuse. Thoughts please.
