How common is $110/hr and is it true that if you have a lot of skills in many domains and have experience to prove it, you can reach out to the TPM and get a better pay?

Kind of new to this platform though I have worked on other AI data annotation and training roles before - so I ask!

Any veterans ready give some guidance or thoughts on this?
