Smoothie for Breakfast... Forgot pics...

A few months ago I bought a book that highlights using herbs and spices for health bolstering. Here's a recipe I found and tried today...

Today's smoothie:
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1/4 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup brewed green tea
1 TBSP of walnuts, ground
1 TBSP of flax seeds, ground
1/2 TSP cinnamon
1 TSP honey

Put it all in a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with extra crumbled walnuts, chia seeds, and berries of choice.

It tasted fantastic... Next time I'll add ginger powder and turmeric as well.

Maybe making overnight oats with it would be good too... Or make the overnight oats with milk and yoghurt and then add the smoothie stuff in the morning...
