Need Help Finalising my PC Build (picking between gpus)

My Budget is £700 ($930usd)

Mobo: MSI Pro B550M-VC WIFI II - £94.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 - £103. Alternatives was a 5600x and 5800x which which are both around £143 on amazon. I didn't the price increase would warrant the fps increase in games.

CPU COOLER: Thermalright Peerless Assassin - £30

GPU: Nvidia rtx 5060 - £240. I bought this 5 days ago on amazon and its yet to come, i am thinking about returning this and buying a 9060 XT 8 GB for £299. I intend on dual booting between windows and Linux only using windows for kernel anti cheat games like league of legends and valorant, the rest of the games would run on Linux. I was told that this AMD card would perform better in both operating systems, i also have seen valve allow for the use of system ram when running games and it looks like its improving performance. the video i watched: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3VwPyZ7YiY

PSU: MSI MAG A650GLS - £40

CASE: Lian Li mATX case - £70, Noctua A12x25 Case Fan - £30

Storage: Skipping this and going to take out some storage from my laptop

Memory: Lexar ARES 2x16GB ddr4 ram 3200 CL14.

Mostly i am undecided on the GPU and how impactfull the vram optimzation on linux would be, as i intend on running old and new AAA games at 1440p with upscaling with the least amount of hassle when it comes to finding specifc fixes for specfic game problems. I have opted a way from the intel arc b580 because although it has higher vram and much more recommended online than these two options, i have seen that there is a more significant performance decrease on Linux and benchmarks have both graphics card rank the same and sometimes higher in 1440p native on average (i understand some games are more vram demanding).

Also curious to know if should spend another £60 on ddr4 ram, and knowing other than speed how much of a bottleneck is am4 than to am5.

EDIT: The 9060 XT 16GB cost around £400 more and 5060 Ti 16GB cost around £500 which is out of my budget

Nvidia RTX 5060 vs Intel Arc B580 for both 1080p and 1440p gaming.

I am trying to decide between getting a 5060 and B580 with 1080p and 1440p whislt dual booting between both linux and windows (Windows for anticheat games like valorant and league of legends). I am currently getting a ryzen 5600 and right now prices in the UK (new) are £300 ($407 us dollars) for the intel arc B580 and a 5060 which appears to be on sale for £240 ($326 us dollars).

I am mostly on the edge because of the difference in vram with both graphics card as i ideally dont intend to upgrade anything for several years unless something ends up broken. I am quite limited with budget so something like a 9060 XT 16GB which costs about £400 ($543 us dollars) i way out of my budget. I understand there is a 8GB version of the 9060 XT but this cost around the same as the B580 and performs similar to the 5060 and i am told that although amd is better on linux, nvidia works alright.

I have looked a bit into some used options with the 6600 XT and 7600 XT on stuff like ebay and secondhand uk stores, however i would rather get something i can return, and the ones i can return tend to cost slightly less than the 5060 option (up to £30 cheaper).

EDIT: I also don't tend to play high end tripple a games and wouldnt mind toning down the settings when this is the case.
