Vermouth preparado
While in Spain (basque country) we had a vermouth preparado. Loved it. I can’t seem to find a recipe anywhere. Seems there is no real recipe just each bar makes their own version. I made one at home and loved it but I used amaro as well as vermouth and a splash of peach whiskey. Anyone got a more proper recipe?

P200 /PX125 dilemma
I bought a project p200e. Goal was to strip it down to frame and rebuild. Paint, engine, new electric’s. The whole thing.
Today I learned my engine is not a 200, but a 125 with a 150 head. Now I know what electrics looked different. Question is what do I do? If I rebuild 125/150 then I’m going to struggle with ignition as it was a hornets nest when I got it. I hate parting things out. Looking for a better solution. Any ideas. I’ve already done so much work
Update
Basically bought everything yall mentioned. New crank, now head and piston, vape system, ne exhaust. This will be and or is a money pit , but it’s entertaining for me.

I am starting on a new project soon. P200e (1979). It will need a full engine rebuild. I want to rebuild it for reliability and longevity NOT for speed. Any comments about what you would do? Or just rebuild it stock and call it good.
