Swim bladder?

My betta fish began struggling to swim and only laying down about yesterday afternoon. We’ve had him and the tank established for about 10 months now. This morning he was still laying there and we think he might have swim bladder. We moved him to his own personal tank for the time being (we have a live community tank). Any advice to help him would be appreciated. I’ve read a bit about doing salt baths just briefly going through the Reddit here, any advice on doing that well would be great. We are going to go to the fish store in a couple hours (don’t have a car with me atm) so I can get whatever you guys think would help him out.

Also, tested our tank levels once we found him this morning, our PH was a little higher than normal but our tank is also due for a water change. PH was 8.0-8.2. There was also a slight amount of ammonia, our test showed a kind of in between of 0-.25 so any advice to make the tank go back to normal would be welcomed as well.

(I included a picture of him, his rehab tank, and his normal tank)
