Heyy guys, my sister failed the Re-appear exam of Hindi (BA from Kurukshetra uni)

She got 44 marks.

I don’t know how that marks as failed

I want to know if I apply for re-evaluation, will it help?

They will just check the totalling or re -check the whole copy

Is there any process if i can get the hard copy photostat from uni

She worked really hard and had written 32 sheets, I don’t know how it marks as fail.

If you could please guide me.
