Hello everyone, I’m not sure why my tracker shows that biometrics is still in progress although I submitted over a week ago.

Medical shows passed on tracker April 17

I did biometrics on April 20 and a week later, it doesn’t show completed yet.

I called IRCC, they said they received it. I’m not sure why they didn’t change it to completed yet? Did anyone have the same experience?
