Knock #2

Hello, posting again as I cant upload a video on last post, my car knocks like that, on cold start its loud, as it warms up it quiets down but it always knocks except when I coast and give it WOT. Accord gen 7 k20a6 if im not mistaking

Is it a chain? Or a vtc actuator? Or im in looking for a new motor lol Thanks!

Hi, let’s do some guesswork

Honda Accord 7th gen, 2.0 114 kW petrol. When starting cold, there’s a knocking noise. After warming up it gets quieter, but doesn’t disappear. When idling, if I raise the revs to around 1.3k RPM, the knocking goes away. While driving, under full throttle or when coasting, the noise disappears. What could it be? Thanks.
