Hi everyone. I've been dealing with PGP since around 18 weeks and I feel like every week I figure out one new thing that makes a meaningful difference (the pillow between knees, getting into the car butt-first, sitting to dress). But I keep finding more, and I'm sure there are tricks other people have figured out that I haven't. If you've had PGP this pregnancy or in a previous one, what was the single thing that helped you most? Not generic advice, just the one specific change that you wish you'd known earlier.
