Do you all know how to change a spare tire?

I'll be honest, I'm a 26 year-old guy and I've never done it. No idea how to do it either. I heard a woman talking on a podcast saying she got so turned off by her ex-bf saying he didn't know how to change a spare tire and that made me feel anxious. Do you all know how to do it?

Last time I had a flat tire, I admit I called a service to take care of that as I didn't think it's something I can learn on the spot...Later that day I looked up videos on Youtube and it looks quite brief but I can't tell if it's hard or easy because I haven't done it but looks like something I'd somehow mess up lol. I'm also weak af

Edit: looks like everyone does

When doing push ups, should elbows be tucked and screwed in, or flared slightly?

I hear the advice 45 degrees but I can't really see myself from above, so I dont exactly know if my elbows are at a 45 degree angle or not.

If I think I'm simulating 45 degrees (elbows tucked in with a slight elbow flaring when I decsend down) I feel my pecs more but it kinda makes my rotator cuff too sore, it hits upper chest and my left rotator cuff feels extra sore. However If I tuck my elbows in and decsend without any elbow flare and screwing my arms if that makes sense, I dont get any shoulder pain at all, but that's not what the textbook push up is. Maybe I'm doing a 45 degree in the second one and I'm not realising.

What's more appropriate?

Why do people give money to cultist life/dating coaches like Chantal Heide?

I came across this woman "Chantal Heide" on Instagram and it doesn't take 10 seconds to realise what this is about. The first video I came across is a supposed debate where she has a guy on the call and all he has to say is "yes or no" and she wont engage with him. The guy was terrible in the end for insulting her but her approach immediately told me she's a mental cultist who isn't here for a debate, she just has a pitch and wants the man to answer "yes or no" to her questions then she says goodbye in the end. She thinks her introduction when she says "dont say I think or I feel" is so smart in yet it shows she clearly doesn't know what a debate even is in a subject of morality.

I looked at her website and she has no credentials. I looked at some reddit reviews to see if maybe I'm being judgemental: From this thread and turns out it's exactly what you'd think it is.

Anyone who says anything about "I teach you how to avoid misogynistic men" and "I teach you how to put feminists in their place" is likely just masking their insecurity and toxicity under "coaching" and creating a cult of cope to sell your their books. I can't help but think this whole social media gender-wars trend is genuinely poison and a rabbithole for frustrated people to validate their anger. It's mind-blowing to me how successful her social media pages are and it hurts to think about how many people are sucked into this.

My personal advice (im no expert in dating) is to just live your life normally, think for yourself what you think is right or wrong and if you feel like learning more you can read actual qualified material. Just like everything else in life.

The program I'm following recommends a barbell but I prefer dumbbells. I read that incline targets upper chest better but also mid chest just as well, plus it's easier on the shoulders. Do I do incline only? I'm thinking I want one press movement and one pec fly movemen

I'm starting out with a full-body workout plan. The gym I go to goes by 4 - 6 - 8 - 12 - 15 - 18 - 20 - 25 etc dumbbell weights. It's not a stable pattern for some reason and these are in kilos btw.

Also, how do I progress? My program suggests adding weight on the bar every session for 3 sets 5 reps. How do I do it here?
