So to give you guys a bit of a context, i am an experienced hire with a total of 5 years experience. To break down my years of exp: 4yrs and 8mos first company, then 4mos recent previous company.
Now i was hired as a cl10 senior analyst, tho the recruiter explained to me that cl9 or specialist will handle people na din. I get it na hindi pa siguro ako pwede mag cl9 kaya tinaggap ko na yung cl10. Tas Knowing pagkapasok ko is mga individual contributor pa din pala ang cl9 samin. Ganon pala ang team structure. Ang daming ic na cl9, akala ko nagiisa lang
So parang ang unfair sakin nun na dapat cl9 ako with my years of experience na din kung ganun pala structuring. Parang nadisregard yung 4 years of exp ko.
Any advice on this ? What are your thoughts ?
