The More I Learn About Catholicism the Harder It Gets

The more I learn about Catholicism, the more culpable I become for falling short of what I've learned. I can't rely on invincible ignorance. So it's very tempting to stop learning b/c this process forces me to become somebody I'm not even sure I want to be. The demands are intense. Sorry if this has already been raised. I couldn't find a discussion on this. Does anyone understand what I mean here? How do I learn without feeling like I'm in a pressure cooker of expectation?

Is this a true statement?

Is this true? I'm looking at CCC 846-848 and Lumen Gentium to come to this conclusion. But before I believe it, I want to ask other Catholics:

Catholicism can say a person may never become Catholic, never receive the sacraments & still be saved, if scandal made the Church morally impossible for them to recognize as true & they sincerely followed the light they had.

I need some advice. I spent the past 3 years researching and building out a community building framework that can be applied to any group of people. Now I'm torn. I am in the awareness raising stage, making videos, etc. I need to explain it enough for people to understand it. But do I release the whole thing to the public to view? If I do that, then am I not limiting its commercial potential? I've tested it in real life scenarios. It fully works. I really am not sure what to do.
