I’m not talking about Facebook listings—I mean the other local horse websites and even within the same barn. Why is discussing horse sale or lease prices, or anything remotely related to the ability of the horse not allowed?

Is this normal in the horse world, or just a local or barn-specific culture?

Located in CA.

Edit: just to avoid confusion, I’m talking about horses that are known to be marketed to be sold/leased, NOT horses that people already own.
