Month #2 on Reta - different??
Looking for some advice/comments/comparison of experiences.
My first month at 1mg of Reta (one pin weekly) was great, I didn't have bad fatigue or any bad side effects at all. My calories are tracked and I work with a coach, I'm eating 1400-1950 per day (it does fluctuate based on work etc but my goal daily is 1950, high protein and high fibre), I do 4 weight lifting workouts a week. I lost 4 pounds pretty quick.
By the end of week #4 I noticed my hungry cues were getting louder again and I was feeling quite snacky at the end of the week. Since it had been four weeks, based on the research I've done, I thought it was time to increase slightly and I wondered about splitting the dose over two days. So last week I did 0.75mg on Monday and again on Thursday. I had the same consistently "louder" snack cues all week, almost felt like I hadn't taken any at all.
This week I went back to the 1mg pin yesterday - and part of that is because I was at the end of my first vial.
Part #1 of my question - today I definitely have fatigue and low grade nausea. I am at what would be the menstruating part of my cycle (though I don't bleed because of my IUD) - I can only tell due to Endo/adno symptoms, I get the hard/bloated lower belly with mild cramping. Not sure if the nausea/fatigue is related to the reta yesterday or the cycle. I'm questioning it since my experience has been a bit different the last few weeks with reta.
Now, here is part #2 going into month #2.
My new vial is a 40mg bottle, first one was a 10mg. I followed instructions for reconstitution, 1ml BAC to a 10mg bottle, and verified that for my 40mg vial I needed 4ml BAC. The bottle is not big enough though - I only got about 3.25 in the vial, so it's obviously more concentrated. What is the proper way to do a dose next week? Would I pull 0.75mg and top it with extra BAC water? Or is there something else I should be doing?
Everything is kept in the fridge, it hasn't been warmed/frozen in any cycles.
I'm also taking a GLOW stack three times a week, 1mg with 1mg extra BAC water to reduce the spiciness. I also have a MOTS-C and KPV but haven't reconstituted/started yet until I get my reta sorted 100% again.
I've tried looking up calculators and other things online but I'm concerned about getting it right. Also, I looked into a bunch of GLP tracking apps but of course none of them let you track reta (this is probably because it technically isn't 'allowed' in Canada yet), so I wasn't sure if I can use the apps.
This community has been so helpful so I hope this isn't too complicated. Thank you in advance!
