Haven't really tapped into a niche but my content is more commentary than anything else.

Recently did a reaction video, but it was towards a demographic that isn't U.S. based, isn't a lane I want to commit to but gained a nice amount of views and subs and they've been asking for more and more reaction videos within a certain category.

Issue is if I provide them with more content I'm sure I'll hit watch hours and subs fairly quickly but once I shift the content I'm not sure they'll be there watching. Everyone I talk to says get the subs and watch hours and move on.

What would others do? just wanting to see perspectives from others.
