For almost 4 months now, I’ve been struggling with some dizziness and imbalance. I feel drained, it’s hard to focus or keep my eyes steady, and sometimes I get dizzy and lose my sense of balance. I also have a dull pain in my cervical spine, and I don’t even dare to drive. It’s often accompanied by nausea as well. I had an MRI scan, and it showed a small herniated disc between my C6 and C7 vertebrae. Could something this small really cause such problems? I’ve been going to physiotherapy for 4 weeks now, once a week, but I haven’t noticed any improvement yet. It’s strange because there are days when I feel better and days when I feel worse, and for some reason it’s always better in the evening.
