Does everyone go to bed with their spouse at the same time?
Just curious. How many of you actually go to bed at the same time as your spouse. My husband thinks it’s weird that we don’t go to bed at the same time. This has been an ongoing argument.
He needs 8 to 10 hours of sleep so he goes to bed pretty early around 8 PM. I on the other hand of been a terrible sleeper my whole life. I can function on 6 to 7 and don’t really get tired till after 10 PM.
But he seems to think because we’re married we need to be going to bed at the same time and I just don’t see it that way. I’ve explained many times why I can’t go to bed at 8 PM, but it just falls on deaf ears every time. On the weekends, we usually stay up a little later watching TV or movies and do go to bed at the same time. But during the work week no.
If I was to go to bed with him at 8 PM, I would literally lay there for two hours wide awake. Am I wrong?
