I used to run my own specialty coffee shop in Cologne, Germany (Gallery 4), which I sold last year, but I'm still a passionate home barista as well and love both Pour-Over and Espresso.

I figured there were no easy-to-use Journal apps out there, so I build my own. The Android version is currently in Alpha Test Stage. Check it out and register for the Android Alpha: https://theshotbook.app/ - you will receive an email invitation for the testers google group and a link.
