I've been on 9 mg for a little over 2 weeks and I feel like it's making my heart race way more. Sometimes it actually feels like my heart might explode out of my chest - its not painful, just uncomfortable. I use an oura ring and it definitely has some high readings but last night, my heart rate seemed normal but my chest felt differently.

I take 15-30 mg adderall every day for adhd and I know this can contribute to the problem as well but I cant not take my adderall.

Has anyone else been experiencing this or have suggestions?

Because of how it made me feel last night, I decided to skip this mornings dose. Maybe alternating days would help?
