Hey Host fam. I know there are a lot of discussion on the best mattress for airbnb. I am furnishing a new one. I'm stuck between these two Zinus models that I'm putting in two separate bedrooms. Most seem to swear by these. But which would you choose?

Hey folks. I am prepping a new place for airbnb. I can't afford splits right now. I have used window air conditioners when I myself have rented places just fine. But do the average airbnb guests complain about that? I am in New Jersey, near NYC. I'd have 4 window units 1 in the Living room and in all 3 bedrooms.
