How do you keep up with your kids' artwork that they bring home from school? I've currently got artwork sitting in a tote bag, waiting to be gone through, and some in gallon-size ziplocs in our safe. I don't feel that these options are going to work long-term. I also take photos of all their work to later make photo albums because I can't afford hundreds to send it in and turn it into a book.

my kids do come looking for their art and want to look through it regularly, so I can't throw it out and lie about it
