We recently launched Splitsense, a Shopify app built to help stores test product descriptions without having to manually run experiments.
The idea came from a pretty common problem: most Shopify stores end up guessing when it comes to product copy.
You change descriptions, wait a few weeks, maybe conversions improve, maybe they don’t, but it’s hard to know what actually made the difference.
So we built a tool that automatically generates and tests product description variants on live traffic.
You select a product, Splitsense creates alternative descriptions with AI, runs tests automatically, and tracks which versions lead to more add-to-carts and conversions.

The goal was to make product copy testing something stores can actually do consistently instead of relying on instinct.
