Complaints are popular for Timmies, but I had a pretty good experience at my local Tim Hortons. They messed up my coffee (human error, totally understandable), but the way they made it up was quite nice. She gave me a green light to get a snacks/any food items for free, I didn’t take her up but it was kind.
