I'm on the $200/month Max plan. Anthropic incorrectly geolocated my account to Brazil and charged an extra $36 in local taxes. I don't live in Brazil.

I've tried everything:

Has anyone managed to reach an actual human at Anthropic? Any advice appreciated.
