Jolene Bar Operating on Wrong License
Interesting, they were caught operating on wrong license but had no reason to close doors? The only reason they were busy was because they were operating as a nightclub.. I would be very shocked if council permitted them a tavern license with the amount of breaches they have had prior to Tavern license, does anyone know why they would shut and then put newspaper all over window?
