Hi, I recently ordered from Canadian Tires website. An item I wanted wasn't in stock at my local Canadian Tire so I was like whatever, I'll just get it from their site from the Oakville location! Now its been a couple of days.... and I'm really confused as to what's going on.
The package was picked up from Oakville by Canada Post on the 27th, then processed in Mississauga on the 29th (where I live!)... didn't say out for delivery but the expected delivery had said 11:30 am - 3:30 pm so I was expecting it would come either on the 29th or 30th... I was wrong! Woke up on the 30th and checked my tracking and all of a sudden it says it was processed in DIEPPE, NEW BRUNSWICK??? And now it just says "item in transit".
I called Canada Posts customer service number yesterday and had to fight to get past their AI Agent. Finally got someone, nice guy, and I explained everything and he checked my tracking and even he was so confused! Like wth is happening??
Has anyone else experienced this before? I've double checked the address I inputed over and over and it is correct... so how on earth did this happen??
