LRC Equipment Phase-out?
So what’s the deal with all the old locomotives and LRC coaches still in service? I recall a thread on here where they were supposed to be phased out entirely by “early-2026”. Does anyone know why VIA is still using this rolling stock over the Ventures exclusively?
