I’m not very happy with Tuta, so I decided to downgrade from Legend to Revolutionary. Obviously after my subscription would end (in ten months or so), but my subscription was immediately downgraded to Revolutionary. On top of that, I received an invoice. I’ve asked Support to reinstall my Legend subscription and give me a restitution for the amount I paid, but I got no reply. Maybe I forgot to read the fine print about downgrading, but I find this situation unfortunate.
