Because of low crown power, the trade income early on feels negligible. Wouldn't it be better to prioritize RGOs and cities first, and only start building marketplaces after hitting something like +10 ducats/month?

I am pretty new to the game (only played 2 campaigns for about 100 years each). I just saw Ludi in one of his videos saying that you should build marketplaces early, so now I'm confused.
