Purchase Advice between Red lion & D-minor

So I’m getting red lion with FiiO X Jade Audio - JA11
Combo for inr 2800. Around that price point there’s D-minor which costs 300 more and I will also get DAC along with it. I’m honestly confused. Any expert advice?
